U.S. Crane and Rigging, LLC provides customers with crane rentals, Tower Luffer Cranes, Tower Hammer Head Cranes, Hydro Cranes, Lattice Truck Cranes, Crawler Cranes, Stiff Leg Derricks, Guy Derricks, Trucking, Warehousing, Forklifts, and Man Baskets. Rental services anywhere within the Tri-State area and Upstate New York.. We will erect, operate and dismantle as needed and provide turnkey solution services with our team of professional engineers, estimators and project managers. Our team is ready and willing to assist you in all phases of pre-construction, design and delivery to meet any schedule or beat it!

All of our Cranes and Derricks rental fleet are inspected daily, weekly, monthly, and annually. If crane or derrick site surveys are required by the NYC DOB, our in-house engineers will expedite layout, engineering, permitting, DOT, TA, DOB NYS design, pre-load test, erection, assemble, dis-assembly, jump, third-party inspections and sign-offs.

Our personnel can design and implement NYC Building Department load test procedures for tower cranes and derricks requiring NYC licensed master riggers, climber tower riggers, master rigger foreman or forewoman. We provide 24 hours, 7 days a week supervision for all Crane, Derricks, Hoisting, Rigging, and Man-Basket operations.

US Crane & Rigging also provides to the industry all contractors and sub contractors with master riggers, and master rigger foreman or forewoman supervision for all field, crane, and derrick rigging operations. Including a 24 hr 7 day a week permitting and expediting service for all DOT, DOB permits, supply all necessary specialty rigging equipment to meet all NYC building code requirements so your projects run safe, on time, and as per code with no tickets, SWO or shut downs. Two men and four men with over head protection and load test counter weights, and OSHA approved man basket. Crane, hoist, and rigging man basket operations, 24 hours 7 days a week services to industry. Master Rigger supervision will be on site at all times during personnel hoisting.

As per rigging rule number 9 of the NYC building code:

Detailed description of critical picks are at or above 95% of approved capacity of the crane or rigging equipment are asymmetrical or have a windsail area exceeding 1500 square feet. May present a problem because of clearance, drift, or other interference, are fragile or of thin shell construction and are not provided with standard rigging ears required multiple cranes and derricks tandem picks or required out of the ordinary rigging equipment, methods, or setup. The licensee must personally plan the equipment set up and operation of all critical pick operations. This responsibility may not be delegated.

For any and all operations that do not fall under this rule, U.S. Crane and Rigging LLC can provide you with a Master Rigger Foreman or Forewomen for 24 hours, 7 days a week supervision of rigging operations and critical picks. With our qualified team of licensed personnel you can meet the necessary NYC Building Department requirements.

Forklifts

Our forklift rentals range from five thousand pounds (5,000 lb.) up to a fifty thousand pounds (50,000 lb.) lift. Most lifts come with booms and/or forks and all are rented with operators. We also have Drop-Decks, Lowboys, and Flatbeds for deliveries or rentals.
